Payments Policy

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees ( ₹ ).
  • In the event of an alternative currency being agreed between Codviki and the customer, Codviki reserves the right to apply an exchange rate fluctuation charge appropriate to the rate of exchange ruling on the date of payment by the customer as opposed to the rate prevailing at the date of Codviki’s quotation and also a handling charge in respect of any expenses to which they are put in converting the alternative currency to Indian rupee’s.
  • All prices quoted and accepted may be increased by Codviki serving written notice of the increase on the customer in any of the following circumstances:-
  • When the delivery date quoted is longer than one month from the date of the quotation by Codviki may increase the price to the extent that labor, design, development, or other direct costs increase during the period between quotation and delivery provided that the contract price shall not be increased by more than 20%.
  • Whatever the period quoted for delivery, if any alteration to the specification, services to be rendered, or delivery method is made at the request of the customer to the extent that such alteration would have given rise to an increase in the quoted contract price had it been allowed for.
  • Whatever the period quoted for delivery to the extent that the costs to Codviki for design and development not developed by Codviki increase during such period.
  • The customer shall inspect the product/service work scope provided immediately upon arrival at the customer’s knowledge and shall be deemed to have accepted the product/service as being under the contract unless, within 3 days of arrival, the customer shall notify Codviki of any alleged defects in product/service.
  • Any claims by the customer against Codviki shall be notified in writing to complaint@codviki.com

If the customer fails to notify claims within the time stipulated such claims shall be deemed to have been waived and to have been barred.

  • Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) governs the use of the services (“Service”) that are made available by Codviki Technologies (“codviki.com”, “we” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Codviki and the individual or entity who subscribes to our service (“Subscriber” or “you”).
  • PLEASE READ THE PROVIDED AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By submitting your application and by your use of the Service, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. Codviki may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement, for conduct that Codviki believes is harmful to its business, or for conduct where the use of the Service is harmful to any other party.
  • Codviki may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Subscribers/Clients upon posting of the modified Agreement to this web address (URL): https://www.codviki.com/terms-policy/. You are responsible for reading the online document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Service remains in compliance with the provided Agreement.
  • Codviki uses an automated payment processing system and only accepts cash, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking (Bank Transfers) as payments at this time.
  • Service fees are due at the time of order or on the renewal day. All payments must be paid in full.
  • Invoices for all Codviki services can be received by applying a request to payments@codviki.com.
  • Billing inquiries and disputes should be brought to Codviki’s attention within 3 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be deemed to be an admission that the invoice and charges are accurate.
  • Accounts will be suspended if service/renewal/subscription fees are not paid within 72 hours of the due date. Accounts suspended in this manner can be re-activated upon payment of the Account Reactivation Fee which is an additional late fee of 10% of the invoiced bill amount every 10-day delay from the invoice date. The client needs to pay a 100% invoiced amount + late fees(if applicable) to avoid legal proceedings or contract/SLA closure.

  • Refunds will not be given for services that are billed monthly or for one-time service fees, such as website design fees, social media marketing packages, graphic design, product shoots, file recovery fees, domain redemption fees, etc.
  • The Codviki Privacy Policy sets out our obligations for the safeguarding, collection, and use of Subscribers’ personal information. The Codviki Privacy Policy is subject to modification from time to time, and such changes are effective upon posting of the modified policy to this URL: https://www.codviki.com/privacy-policy/
  • Email newsletters will only be sent directly by Codviki. Subscriber/Client information will not be disclosed or sold to any third parties. You may also be contacted by Codviki’s designated customer review software provider for customer experience and service feedback.
  • Codviki will not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in the provisioning of services if caused by acts of God, declared or undeclared war, fire, flood, storm, slide, earthquake, power failure, the inability to obtain equipment, supplies or other facilities that are not caused by a failure to pay, labor disputes, or other similar events beyond our control that may prevent or delay service provisioning.
  • The following is a non-exclusive list of content, and behavior prohibited by the Service:
  • Content that contains or contains links to nudity, pornography, adult content, materials with sex, or foul language.
  • Content that condones, promotes, contains, or links to warez, cracks, hacks, their associated utilities, or other piracy-related information, whether for educational purposes or not.
  • Content that has been promoted through the sending of Spam or mail fraud schemes or pages that promote or condone the sending of Spam. The sending of bulk email originating from our servers mass distributed to unknown recipients soliciting products or services, or of bulk email NOT originating from our servers mass distributed to unknown recipients soliciting products or services relating to Codviki account will result in immediate account suspension.
  • Content that is grossly offensive to the community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, or excessive profanity, or post any obscene, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectable material.
  • Content or otherwise that exploits children under 18 years of age.
  • Content that sells or promotes any products or services that are unlawful in the location at which the content is posted or received.
  • Content that infringes or violates any copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade name, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
  • Content that promotes mail fraud, multi-level marketing (pyramid) schemes, or other illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Content that posts or discloses any personally identifying information or private information about any third parties without their express consent.
  • Reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or otherwise deriving the underlying source code or structure or sequence of any Codviki service, solution, or technology.
  • Reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or otherwise deriving the underlying source code or structure or sequence of individual passwords of Subscriber Sites (or pages contained therein).
  • No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement will be deemed to constitute a waiver of any other provision nor shall such a waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided in writing duly executed by the party to be bound thereby.
  • This Agreement, as may be updated from time to time and posted at https://www.codviki.com/terms-and-conditions/, represents the complete agreement and understanding between us for the Service and supersedes any other written or oral agreement.
  • Work on service shall commence only after clearance of advance payment, and final delivery on completion of the payable amount cleared.
  • Payment to us is covered under ‘Advertising Contract’ u/s 194C. TDS, if applicable, will be @ 10%. or GST of @ 18% and platform fees as applicable by the payment gateway.
  • Under the signing of this SLA/Invoice, the client hereby allows Codviki to make commercial calls to the client’s mobile number(s) and organization’s contact number(s). This declaration will be valid even if I choose to get my numbers registered for NDNC at any future date.
