The challenge
SMS (A+ NAAC Accreditation), a beacon in its education industry located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, began to notice a worrying trend of decline in interactions. Their once-vibrant market presence was fading, engagement was dropping, and so was their brand’s impact. The digital age demanded evolution, and the School of Management Sciences found itself struggling.
Objective
Our mission was clear: To inject new life into School of Management Science’s brand identity and digital presence. We aimed to not only recover lost ground but to propel SMS to new heights of online engagement and market dominance via Google Ad Marketing Strategy.

We embarked on a comprehensive brand audit, analyzing the School of Management Sciences’ market position, competitor strategies, and customer perceptions. From here, we crafted a multi-pronged strategy to revitalize SMS brand drive more interactions, and help in increasing the number of admissions to the SMS Lucknow Campus
